I ordered these without setting up an account, imagining I would be sent barcodes by email. I was sent my EAN number and invoice, but no barcodes. I asked the chatbot how to obtain these and the advice was to log on to my account. I set up an account using the sane email address, but not surprisingly it did not connect to my order. I eventually generated the codes by typing in my number. Overall, it was much more of a faff than i had been led to believe.

You spotted a real gap: an order placed before creating an account wasn't automatically attaching to the account set up afterwards with the same email. We've now fixed that for everyone — and we've gone ahead and linked your original order to your account, so your barcodes, invoice and certificate are waiting for you there, with the ready-made PNG and SVG files (no need to regenerate anything). By way of apology, we've also added 10 extra codes to your account, free of charge. Your codes are of course fully valid, unique and EAN-13 compliant worldwide. Thanks again for helping us make EAN Express better.
