Article 1 – Company identification
This website www.ean-express.com is published by L&L FRANCE, registered in the Bordeaux Trade and Companies Register under SIREN number 910 953 256.
Article 2 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the relationship between L&L FRANCE and any customer wishing to purchase product identifiers (EAN/UPC codes) offered on the www.ean-express.com website .
The identifiers supplied are unique numbers from pre-existing historical stocks, legally transferable.
Article 3 – Protection of Personal Data
The personal data collected during an order is used for its processing and billing. Their management complies with the RGPD and the French Data Protection Act. Customers may exercise their rights via the site’s contact form.
Article 4 – Customer service
Any request concerning an order, an identifier or information relating to the site can be addressed to customer service via the e-mail address indicated on the site or via the contact form.
Article 5 – Payment security
Online payments are handled by secure service providers (Stripe, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). All transactions are encrypted using SSL protocol.
Article 6 – Intellectual property
The graphic, textual and technological elements on the www.ean-express.com website are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Any reproduction is forbidden.
Article 7 – Type of identifiers supplied
The identifiers marketed by L&L FRANCE are unique EAN/UPC codes derived from legally transferable historical stocks. They require no subscription and are not associated with any external registry in the customer’s name.
They are provided as is for use in e-commerce, logistics or in-house activities.
Article 8 – Terms of use
The identifiers can be used on numerous e-commerce platforms compatible with standard EAN/UPC formats.
Some marketplaces may impose their own acceptance rules. The customer must check that the identifiers comply with the specific requirements of the platforms he uses.
L&L FRANCE does not guarantee the acceptance of identifiers by third-party services imposing their own standards.
Article 9 – Delivery terms
Logins are sent automatically by e-mail within a few minutes of order validation, except in the event of technical problems or force majeure.
Article 10 – Absence of Subscription
Purchases made on www.ean-express.com do not require any subscription. The customer pays only for the identifiers ordered.
Article 11 – No return or exchange
Due to the nature of identifiers (unique numbers issued instantly), they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Article 12 – Customer liability
The customer is responsible for :
- check that the identifiers correspond to your needs;
- ensure that the platforms on which it sells accept the identifiers provided ;
- comply with publication or identification rules imposed by third parties.
L&L FRANCE cannot be held responsible for refusals or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
Article 13 – Limitation of liability
L&L FRANCE cannot be held responsible for indirect damage (loss of sales, profit, visibility, referencing, etc.).
The use of identifiers is the responsibility of the customer.
Article 14 – Revision of the GCS
L&L FRANCE may modify these terms and conditions at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force at the date of the order.
